AI shops regularly meet projects too big to staff alone and projects too small to take. Overflow is where those practitioners already know each other.

02 / Membership
Join the standing community
Applicants submit a reviewed AI Work Assessment report. Membership is approved by the organizer, and members are invited to each event.
03 / Evidence
Show work, not a résumé
The assessment combines readable local agent history with authenticated GitHub activity and optional LinkedIn career context. The applicant reviews the report before upload, and Overflow adds the cohort comparison only after submission.
04 / Matching
Keep evidence queryable
Approved profiles produce structured working-style, subject-matter, technical, and fit data for the private matching layer.
